Stylist Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Salem - Spartan Square

Yesterday was my first visit to this salon. The set up in the waiting room was fine and I didn't mind the waiting process. Where the service failed was in how my stylist Michael did a slack job. I mentioned to him I had other clients to see and requested my collar remain clear of hair, during the process the apron moved and it dumped down my shirt meaning I had to delay my meetings to go home and shower. When I went to sit I pointed out the hair covering the chair from the previous client and he spent 5 seconds trying to wipe it off with an apron. Lastly after I showered, my wife had to go over his work as it was not trimmed properly around my ears with a lot of hair sticking over my ears on both sides. Michael you could have done a better job than that.

Ingrid is excellent. Took her time, asked about my preferences and offered suggestions. Really went above and beyond expectations.

Megan C. has got to be the sweetest and definatly one of the best performing stylist at this location!
